The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions that take place on this website. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

Our Products

All products supplied by KMA Republic Ltd are excellent reproductions of popular designs originally designed in the mid-century. They are not original licensed items but are based on the originals in terms of style, size and material. All furniture is of the highest quality and replicates the essence of the original designs.

All our products comply with The Furniture and Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations 1988 (amended 1989 and 1993).

Designers and resellers please note that these items should not be resold as originals.

Returns

Returning Your Order

If you would like to return your purchased goods, we are happy to arrange a refund or an exchange provided that we are notified of your wishes within 7 days of receipt of delivery, that you have not breached your statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods and that the goods are not bespoke items. We will refund the total sum paid for the goods, excluding the delivery charge, within 30 days of your cancellation. Refunds will only be made to the same Debit/Credit Card, which was originally used to make the payment.

During any offer/promotions of free delivery the standard terms and conditions for returning your order do not apply. If within the 7 day money back period you wish to return your order we will deduct the normal delivery charge from your refund.

The original packaging must be unopened and undamaged in a resalable condition. If you fail to do so we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct a charge which will be no more than 30% of the price of the goods from your refund as we will not be able to sell those goods on at full price.  Please be aware Interior Addict items are packaged for European delivery to the highest standards.

PLEASE NOTE, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS OF UNWANTED ITEMS WHICH HAVE BEEN MADE TO CUSTOM SPECIFICATIONS.

FOR CLEARANCE ITEMS, WE WILL ISSUE A CREDIT NOTE ONLY RATHER THAN A REFUND.

KMA Republic Ltd is not responsible for costs involved in trades persons or persons who cannot assemble items that are then returned because of the failure to assemble properly.

Commercial Use

Any item(s) supplied by KMA Republic Ltd which are not used exclusively in a private and domestic environment will not be covered by any warranty or guarantee.


Any warranty or guarantee will be rendered void in the event that purchased goods are used, for any period of time, in a commercial or public environment, regardless of whether they were purchased to be used in a domestic environment or are in fact used as such.

Please note, we reserve the right to deduct from the total refundable sum the money paid for delivery to cover the cost of collecting your unwanted goods.

How to Place an Order

Please enjoy browsing our range of addictive products. Once you have decided upon your latest addiction, choose your options of upholstery and size (if applicable) and click on the “buy now” button. That will take you to the “what’s in my cart?” screen where you can choose the quantity, see the cost and decide whether you want to remove any items or buy more! Once you hit the checkout button you are taken through the steps of entering your details and the payment screen and your order is confirmed. It’s as easy as that!

To avoid disappointment, we request that you check the dimensions of your entry points to your required location before ordering large items of furniture. Dimensions for our products are on the individual product pages.

Changes to your Order

Once you have received confirmation of your order, changes can only be made by contacting our online service team by email at customersupport@interioraddict.com or phone on 0845 4818144. Changes made to your order after the original confirmation will result in a new approximate time frame for delivery. We will give you an indication of the new approximate time frame once we have confirmed your changes.

Accuracy of Product Information

All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturers, publications, publicists, or have been gathered from public-domain sources. Our intention is that all information on the website should be as accurate and as up to date as possible. If you have received a brochure please note the prices and information on there are subject to change also and delivery rates and product prices should be checked on the website for most current details rather than the brochure

Payment Methods

Full payment is taken when you place your order, regardless of whether they are in stock or will be manufactured to order. If your items are manufactured to order, we will update you approximately every 4 weeks.

We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa / Visa Electron, Mastercard and Switch / Maestro and American Express. Our secure payment system, SagePay uses state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that you are protected against what is nowadays a virtually non-existent risk. The technology also has inbuilt system redundancy and fault tolerance, to provide us with a virtually uninterrupted service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When placing your order, you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number i.e. the address and phone number your bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once your credit card has been authorised. You may also pay by cheque made payable to ‘KMA Republic Ltd ', however we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which may take up to 10 days.

Availability of Goods

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any monies already paid for them. Most manufactured to order items have a lead time of 10-12 weeks but please view individual products on the site for approximate lead times.

The total price you pay for the goods will be shown at the checkout. KMA Republic Ltd is entitled to adjust the advertised price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, the imposition of any new taxes or duties, typographical error, error in pricing information from suppliers or website database error. Should KMA Republic Ltd have cause to adjust the price you will be offered the opportunity to cancel the order before the despatch of the goods and notified as soon as possible.

All lead times are approximations and are subject to change.


Product Guarantees

All products supplied have a manufacturer’s warranty of one year. This is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under the Sale of Goods Act relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. The guarantee excludes the following: damage caused by the buyer, damages such as normal use (wear and tear), improper handling, temperature or weather conditions and loss of accessories including buttons/velcro. We would of course be pleased to advise and help with any concerns you may have about your product.

You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full. We do not offer any credit facilities at the moment. We will issue you with a receipt once you have placed your order.

Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. The company is entitled to amend its terms and conditions but any such changes will not affect contracts that have already been formed.

These terms and conditions are subject to UK law.
