This designer coffee table is reproduced in the style of the original by Charles Eames. This lightweight plywood coffee table is an excellent addition to any lounge or relaxing office environment. Charles and Ray Eames created the original coffee table in 1946 after pioneering a ground breaking method in the art of moulding plywood and veneers.
The Charles Eames Coffee Table is characterised by its natural ash legs which are moulded to form an elegant curve which supports a slim table top made of matching plywood. The table top, which is hand-stained and treated with beeswax, features a moulded edge to give the appearance of an indented surface. Also available in walnut, rosewood or an ash black finish, the Charles Eames Coffee Table is a perfect partner with one or more Charles Eames chairs.
